As a Project Administrator, you will be fundamental in providing effective, efficient, and professional support across the companies growing portfolio of projects.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative duties to directly supportthe team of Project Managers, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
The role is office based and working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with 1 hour breakKey Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day administrative support directly to Project Managers
- Building relationships by maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Supporting the production, formatting, and distribution of project documentation, including minutes, reports, test certificates, presentations, and drawings
- Attending site progress meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Managing project filing systems, including Procore and Sharepoint
- Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and exceed them
- Engaging in the process of continuous improvement and seeking ways to increase efficiency
- Providing additional administrative support to other teams as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to follow written procedures and learn new processes
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a Construction environment is desirable
