Customer Service Advisor (English/Dutch/French)

The role

This Customer Service Advisor position is a real opportunity to play a key part our clients a success in Europe.

Not only will you be genuinely passionate about creating a best-in-class experience for their customers, but you'll also
bring your excellent knowledge of the local home improvement industry to the role.
Your day to day will be varied: from providing insightful advice and friendly technical support to our customers, to
supporting Trade (business to business) sales from start to finish, and seeking out and getting in touch with potential
new Trade customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of customer service and the sales channels across Belgium
  • Be a product specialist, actively listening to customer's questions and concerns, and helping them in a
friendly, energetic and professional way
socials - so customer targets are met

  • Build longlasting relationships with Trade customers by making sure their experience is the best it can
possibly be.

Your skills, qualities and experience:

  • Outstanding English, French and Dutch communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Onetwo years' of customer service experience (technical support would be an advantage)
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to navigate between various systems
