Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am 3pm.

Job Duties:

  • Taking note of employee orders for the day
  • Assist with preparation and serving of breakfast
  • Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy and hygienic before and after use
  • Follow food safety guidelines
  • Assist in preparation and serving of lunch
  • Disposal of rubbish
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout shift
  • Complying with company and legal procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety and normalrequirements
  • Report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces or any other health & safety issues to Canteen Manager
  • Maintain a hygienic and tidy environment, ensure tables, floor and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period
  • Undertake any other duties as required, that are within the competence of the post.
