Front End Associate
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with food preparation as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in bartending or restaurant industry is preferred but full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

As a Front End Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for operating cash registers, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
In addition to your front end responsibilities, you may also have the opportunity to assist with food preparation. Therefore, knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is highly desirable.
We are looking for individuals with previous bartending or restaurant experience who can bring their expertise in customer service to our team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
