About us
Independent Jewellery shop with onsite workshop in the heart of Chester City Centre.

We are looking for permanent part time sales assistant (s). Ideally someone with a positive can-do attitude, excellent people skills and ability to make conversation. It is essential that you are organised and have high levels of observation.

We are a small team so someone who works well in part of a team, who is self-motivated and organised is key.

The role(s) are based on two/three days per week, the successful applicant will be required to work alternate Saturdays. The nature of the industry does mean that there is the possibility of additional hours at peak times. Availability to cover holidays when required is desirable.

Jewellery sales experience preferable but not essential (training will be given), pay varies depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge products available.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Greet customers and answer questions professionally.
  • Taking in repairs
  • Small amount of visual merchandising/displays
  • Stock control
  • Keeping Sales area clean & tidy
  • Answer the phone

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only
