Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, product information requests, and purchases in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage effectively with customers over the phone using strong communication skills.
  • Implement upselling techniques to meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform data entry and analysis to support customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and ensure accurate information dissemination.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs promptly and deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide relevant information to customers.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers.
  • Strong data entry skills for accurate information processing.
  • Excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Experience in upselling techniques to drive sales.

Pay:
From £24,764.00 per year
