  • Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to meet sales goals.
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks to update customer records and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex customer problems and offer effective solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers.

Pay:
From £24,266.25 per year
