Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Executive:

  • Assist customers over the phone and via email, guiding them on utilizing the service and understanding the provided data within specified SLAs
  • Manage general client inquiries, as well as both external and internal emails
  • Process customer orders through various systems
  • Acquire and retain product and service knowledge
  • Create client accounts and offer assistance to new customers, including providing quotations
  • Recommend existing and new products and services when necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service over the phone
  • Proficient computer skills and good attention to detail
