Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Executive:
- Assist customers over the phone and via email, guiding them on utilizing the service and understanding the provided data within specified SLAs
- Manage general client inquiries, as well as both external and internal emails
- Process customer orders through various systems
- Acquire and retain product and service knowledge
- Create client accounts and offer assistance to new customers, including providing quotations
- Recommend existing and new products and services when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service over the phone
- Proficient computer skills and good attention to detail
