Purpose of the role;
All aspects of recruitment and on-boarding management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Attending recruitment events
  • Review, write and place adverts
  • Interview coordination
  • Interviewing and selection
  • Processing enhanced DBS checks and reference checks
  • Arranging and ensuring compliance with all new care worker training and induction
  • Administration and keeping accurate records
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working within the health or social care environment is desirable
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Excellent planning & organisation skills
  • Target focused

  • Ability to generate and build strong relationships
