Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Production Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the production team, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Utilise SAP to manage production orders, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials are readily available for production, maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory levels and production reports, to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues promptly, promoting a culture of efficiency.
- Compile and analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving continuous growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area, prioritising a safe working environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software.
This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Early Shift: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 am - 14:00 pm, Friday 06:00 am - 13:30 pm.
Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 22:00, Friday 13:00 pm - 21:00 pm.
