Job Overview

A great opportunity to become an expert across the entire People function for one of the world's leading tech companies.

Your Graduate program will begin in our first line response team, People Hub, where you will work as part of a global team to ensure Arm employees receive excellent service when they need help from the People Team. There will also be exposure to Global Mobility and Business Travel within this rotation.

After 12 months in People Hub where you will have gained a great understanding of the fundamentals of HR you will complete two further 6 months rotations in the People team – this could include People Technology, Reward, Talent Acquisition or People Analytics.

Arm is committed to giving you a range of experiences and exposures throughout this program and beyond to enable you to build a successful HR career within Arm. After the 2-year rotation program, we would work with to match you to a longer-term role for you within the People Group.

Key Responsibilities:

The following relate to the first 12 months. Responsibilities in the subsequent rotations would be confirmed to you nearer to the time:

Respond to all first line people queries alongside your global team peers, providing superb customer service Triage and direct non routine queries to the appropriate People Team for resolution Respond to queries using Live Chat function Support the administration of People Hub, making improvements and changes to process and content Creating of contracts and supporting new joiners through their onboarding into Arm Processing changes within Success Factors, our HRIS – such as lateral moves, leave of absence, terminations. Ensuring employee files are well maintained Analyse articles, tagging and chat to measure success of the People Hub globally Support People Team with improvements to People Hub content based on data analysis and feedback from users Central administration team for People Team to create letters, references, ordering flowers, export control reporting and checks and any other people related administration

Required skills and experience:

Graduated within the last 12 months. Good communication & interpersonal skills across cultures Problem solving skills. Prioritization and planning skills – working to tight deadlines and SLAs.

"Nice to have" skills and experience:

Proactivity, self-starter and learning agility. Highly organized Collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information
