Connaught Education is currently working in partnership with London's largest and most prestigious independent schools' group to appoint HR Assistants on a full time, permanent basis.


The organisation in question has multiple high calibre independent schools across in London in areas including Putney, Notting Hill and Marylebone, the successful applicant will be based in one of those areas working at a cluster of two locally based schools.

The position in question will support the HR Business Partner with HR across the schools covering areas such as:

  • Recruitment and On-boarding
  • Employee Relations
  • Operational HR
The successful applicant will have relevant HR experience within the education sector as well as a CIPD qualification.

The appointed HR Assistants will receive:

  • Highly competitive salary in line with the schools' own generous pay scale
  • 25 days annual leave per year
  • Paid for training and development opportunities
