The post holder will:
Exercise advanced clinical expertise, levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in the delivery of clinical care.

Provide advanced clinical skills in relation to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of the service user group within the access hub.

Promote supportive care programmes and set high standards for the delivery of care to patients and their families and be responsible for delivering high quality services.

Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team within the access hub providing Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services.

Contribute to the medical prescribing provision within the team through supportive dedicated Non-Medical prescribing (dependent of profession).

Work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary Children and Young Peoples access hub mental health team developing shared goals, complementing the roles of others to support and maintain team growth and continuous improvement.

Undertake and complete an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. Please see the job description and person specification for more details on this role.
