We are looking for a permanent, full-time Senior Administrator to join our fantastic, hard-working team at Hill Care Head Office, based in Chesterfield.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload / priorities
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn, develop and undertake new tasks
  • Friendly, confident, wellpresented and customerfocused
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
  • An appreciation of need for confidentiality
  • Satisfactory DBS check
  • Previous experience of administration

Desired:

  • Previous line management experience

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration:

  • Line Management of Head Office administrators
  • Tenant liaison and problem solving for Kersal Management
  • Compiling of information required for local authority contracts ensuring deadlines are met
  • Drafting and issuing recruitment and employment documentation for Head Office and Regional Staff members
  • Regular auditing of personnel files
  • Attending Health and Safety, Governance meeting and other meetings when required, producing notes in typed form thereafter
  • To undertake ad-hoc requests as required to support overall smooth running of Head Office and Operations
  • Manage company data compliance inline with NHS data protection toolkit
  • Manage new agency staffing contracts ensuring terms meet company requirements prior to signing
  • Fleet management of the company vehicles

Reporting:

  • Update and circulate regional managers monthly reports on a monthly basis.
  • Update and circulate monthly accident and infections trends
  • Maintaining NHS capacity tracker for the group

£28,000.00 per year
