About the Job:


To assist the Property Records Manager in the maintenance and update of the Compliance Records Database (CRD) ensuring integrity is paramount.

Providing support to the wider Property Risk & Assurance team, PFSL and our supply chain in all matters relating to property compliance data.

You will ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and in relation to the CRD. Keeping contact with out supply chain that is in line with Royal Mail behaviours.

You will look at transactions and ensure they are carried out in a professional manner to maintain the integrity of any systems or processes used.


About you:

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft software including; Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and how they work.
  • Organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of complex data.
