Job Description
  • Lead the agile delivery of complex scaled programmes involving multiple stakeholders, focusing on designing and coordinating delivery, streamlining workflows, and implementing new processes for successful outcomes at scale.
  • Utilize your expertise in agile and lean methodologies to lead, guide, and coach delivery specialists, while overseeing complex programs with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate consensus-building among different teams, mediate conflicts, and ensure transparent communication at the program level to support senior decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively to build trust, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle high-risk situations, optimizing team delivery flow and addressing challenges to maintain momentum.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, negotiate effectively, set budgets, report on value, and present business cases to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a mentor on agile best practices, focusing on hands-on delivery of products and services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
