About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner / Product Business Analyst to join our team at Adria Solutions Ltd. as an Agile Development Product Owner. Key Responsibilities
  1. Agile Development Leadership: Provide clear direction and purpose to enable agile development, ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives.
  2. Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog, liaising with the development team and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure the team meets the 'Definition of Ready' for Agile Sprints.
  3. Requirement Management: Ensure functionality is thoroughly analyzed and documented for smooth implementation, collaborating with the development team throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  4. Simplification: Understand and simplify requirements for the development team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the product vision.
  5. Agile Experience: Experience with Agile/Scrum software development processes is essential, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Desirable Skills
  1. Certified Scrum Alliance PO or similar certification.
  2. Knowledge of digital video or audio streaming, recording, or presenting.
