We are looking for a skilled finance and business administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for providing precise and thorough financial and contracts administration services. Your main tasks will involve delivering efficient administration and IT support, as well as coordinating administrative support for key strategic partnerships and projects.
- Act as Certifying Officer to ensure compliance with Local Government Financial Regulations.
- Administer purchase orders, debtor and cheque requests, maintain contract documents, and verify invoices.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 as a Champion, aligning with corporate standards and enhancing business and finance administration processes.
- Manage Share Point and Teams sites to ensure proper document storage and data protection compliance.
- Coordinate external conference and course bookings, including travel arrangements.
- Support corporate projects and government schemes by collating data, monitoring actions, and managing budget allocations.
Your qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Business Administration and process management
- Significant background in financial administration
