Area Sales Representative

The Role: Outstanding opportunity for an Area Sales Representative selling a wide range of wood screws into an existing customer base of over 230 accounts across the South East region. The primary objective is to grow revenue and the product portfolio within these accounts who are exclusively national wholesalers, such as Travis Perkins and Jewson, so knowledge of the internal structure and how they buy is essential. To support the Area Sales Representative our client uses an exciting and efficient technology suite to assess the spending accounts in the region and support territory planning. The territory that the Area Sales Representative will cover is the Greater London region and joining Home Counties: Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Essex, Bucks, and Herts.

Requirements: To be considered for the Area Sales Representative role you must have:

· Experience working within/or selling to a wholesaler/merchant environment.

· Knowledge of sales processes & a passion for the construction industry.

· Full driving licence as there will be extensive travel in the role.

The Future: As an Area Sales Representative for this rapidly expanding business you can be assured that you will have the opportunity to grow your career as the company grows, with the potential opportunity for this role to develop into a Key Account Manager position. Our client is on a huge growth journey and this will be the second growth position within a year due to continued success with their merchant partners. This is a rather good time to join as this business will grow three-fold in the next 18 months

The Package for Area Sales Representative:

· £30-35k basic salary + plus bonuses.

· Bonus driven from EBITDA numbers.

· £400p/m car allowance and very generous fuel cover.

· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
