We are looking for a Learning Administration Team Leader who can help us ensure that Learning & Development activity is aligned with business needs.

We want to ensure that the Witherslack Group is a great place to work, and we need you to line manage the Learning & Development Administrators to maintain a high standard of service.

This means ensuring that
processes to access Learning & Development are clear to the business and using data to drive decision making and process improvements.

  • Experience working within a Learning & Development Team in a complex organisation
  • Experience of working with systems preferably experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Data fluency
  • Confidence with IT and systems
  • Strong Leadership and Management skills
