We will be holding an informal open day / lunch - The date is not yet confirmed.

The Project Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Detailed data collection
  • Support across all teams at busy times to ensure customer service is delivered
  • General office administration always complying to Data Protection & Safeguarding standards
  • Keeping all systems up to date always
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Design and creation of client planograms and merchandising briefs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all systems are kept up to date in line with our client's policies and procedures
  • Servicing Business to Business relationships

Essential Role Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to act professionally always
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a busy team

Desirable:

  • Experience within an administrative role or data collection
  • Planograms and merchandising brief experience would be an advantage
  • Experience using illustrator would be an advantage

Education:

English and Maths or the equivalent Level 2 Functional skills
