About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Packaging Manufacturing site in Plymouth.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, as a Senior Customer Service Representative.


You will report to the General Manager and be responsible for processing order requests, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling and resolving customer queries, complaints, maintaining document records, stock replenishment, working closely with the operations team.


To be successful in the position, you will need to be a highly motivated and dedicated individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum requirements:_
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of performing at a high level in a fastpaced customer service environment.
  • Be hardworking, proactive and selfmotivated.
  • Enjoys being part of a team dynamic
  • Microsoft Office Suite skilled including excel
