Guaranteed (averaged 75 hours over two weeks) Optional Overtime may be available.

Pay

£13.00 per hour - Monday - Friday

£15.00 per hour - Alternative (Weekends)

Guaranteed 37.5 Hours per week with 24 hours Rest

(8 -9 visits) per day

Driving license essential

This service is to support people over the age of 18 for a short period of Home support. This could be assisting with a fall or crisis at home, temporary illness or permanent disability


You will help people regain skills and confidence in completing everyday tasks and activities such as making meals, washing and dressing, helping avoid unnecessary admission to hospital or long term residential care or simply just helping people in the community get back on their feet after a stay in hospital.


You will follow the assessed care plans working alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and therapy assistants at their home giving the support and therapy needed to improve the patient's current abilities.

This will depend on the needs identified of the initial assessment.

Experience or a qualification is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
