Role Description

Looking for a job as a Talent (HR) Operations Manager? In IPG Mediabrands EMEA Talent team, you'll be part of a group dedicated to driving talent excellence. Working under the Chief Talent Officer, EMEA, you'll collaborate with 21 local market HR teams to enhance Talent Management systems and operations, aligning with global Talent objectives.

Tasks involve identifying areas to enhance talent operations, driving innovation, fostering inclusion, managing Talent systems, and facilitating market education and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps and improve Talent operations and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through technology and automation.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and seek new tools.
  • Review, enhance, and improve policies and procedures.
  • Provide tailored support to local market teams.
  • Embed inclusive culture and SHINE behaviors.
  • Offer high-touch employee and candidate support.
  • Collaborate with legal, internal audit, and IT security teams.

Training & Education

  • Upskill markets on Talent systems and processes.
  • Create regional training materials and support documents.
  • Maintain the EMEA Talent Community Hub.

Compliance

  • Ensure market compliance with GDPR requirements.

Relationships, Management & Training

  • Build close relationships with Talent teams across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in operationalizing processes in complex structures.
  • Expertise in Talent technology.
  • Project management skills for system implementation.
  • Confidence in presenting information and training.
