Duties:

  • Receive updates from solicitors on insurance cases
  • Monitor cases to ensure timely premium collection
  • Reconcile cash collections for policies and premiums
  • Resolve incorrect payment issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners for data processing

About You:

  • Prior admin experience preferred
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong numeracy and literacy aptitude
  • Effective written and verbal communication
