Here at CWA we are proud to boast high quality facilities to allow our performing arts students to flourish creatively and academically.

We have a dedicated dance studio, a fully resourced theatre and high quality technology on-site meaning that our learners have access to professional standard facilities.

We regularly work with outside organisations to bring real-world experience to our learners, whether through visiting professionals or organising trips and visits to amazing theatres.

We currently run level 2 and 3 courses and are looking to strengthen our musical theatre expertise.

Your experience in singing and dancing, whether as a vocal coach, actor or generally within musical theatre will bring additional skills to complement the performing arts team.

If teaching is something you've always thought about but wasn't sure it was for you then a sessional role is a great way to gain experience. We offer an excellent CPD package which can even include supporting you to become a fully qualified teacher.


We offer an excellent package including enhanced pay reflecting a generous annual leave allowance of 37 days per year for support staff,
plus five College closure days,
plus Bank Holidays for sessional staff.
