What Will You Be Doing?

You will be part of a small and dedicated team of individuals across 11 Cadogan Gardens, 20 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse ready to respond to the event, private dining and corporate requests arising on a day to day basis, and a proactive resourceful solution seeker.

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Groups & Events Executive at 11 Cadogan Gardens

General Responsibilities

To be confident and have full product knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and Hans' Bar and Grill in order to be able to sell all areas confidently
To take pride and be an ambassador of both hotels, restaurant and Iconic Luxury Hotels
To take ownership and be responsible for the enquiry to booking for all groups and event activities at 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and Hans' Bar and Grill
To take ownership and ensure Opera/Salesforce is kept up to date and log all enquiries
Work with the Food and Beverage Manager, DOSM, DOS (MICE) and Events Director at ILH to maximise revenue in all areas of the business, showing teamwork and flexibility.

Corporate Accounts Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining relationships with current corporate accounts, with a view to developing groups & events activities and revenue.
To explore possibilities of developing corporate rates with corporate event bookers.

Groups Responsibilities
Using your integrity, conduct pricing and contract negotiation in line with the sales strategy to increase occupancy of the hotel.
To ensure all enquiries taken are responded to within 8 working hours.
