Our organization focuses on assisting vulnerable individuals affected by domestic violence, trafficking, and modern slavery. Currently, we provide support through outreach services and accommodation sites located across West Yorkshire.



Your Role As an Operations Administrator based in the senior leadership office, you will play a crucial part in handling various administrative tasks and supporting the Operations Manager. Your role demands top-notch administration skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards work. In addition to general administrative responsibilities, you will also provide reception cover when needed.

Specific duties include quality assessment of client records, which involves reviewing needs assessments, generating reports, conducting spot checks, reconciling datasets, analyzing and updating client records. You will also be responsible for reporting to the operations manager and external agencies, meeting internal and external deadlines, ensuring key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations are fulfilled, managing registers, and assisting with data compilation. Additionally, you will work closely with different teams within the organization and communicate with the senior administrator to address requests and inquiries from the Operations Manager.

Reception tasks will include answering phone calls, serving as a client and external agency contact point, welcoming visitors, and organizing security clearances.

Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Admin or assistant experience
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance in both individual and team settings
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Skill in liaising with staff and external organizations
  • Reception duties
  • Handling of confidential data
