A space to explore and experiment, where imagination comes alive and with a calendar of bookable events and guest speakers it's a place to learn too. Due to an impending maternity leave, we have an exciting new position within our
Birmingham Design Space for a
Receptionist to join the team.

So, what's the role?

You will be the first port of contact within the design space
, delivering a professional and personable service in line with the Marshalls values.

Additional duties will include, meeting and greeting guests, controlling access, organising and managing meeting rooms, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls and receiving ingoing/outgoing post; sorting and distributing daily.


What skills do you need to bring?

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Able to use initiative, be selfmotivated and resourceful
  • Professional, cordial and amenable
  • Adaptable and resultsoriented
  • Able to work in a team
  • Confident in dealing with all levels of management in and out of the business
