This role is pivotal in creating consistency across our collective HSSQ Management Systems and relies on seeking out the opportunities for refinement. Critical to the role is the drive for improvement, both in terms of governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Promoting the Sisk Quality Strategy and become a champion for its success Shaping culture and behaviours through practical intervention at all levels Identifying improvement projects that will drive consistency in approach (PMO) Helping the business make informed decisions through robust reporting Supporting investigations of major and/or complex quality issues Supporting work winning activities to advise on quality submissions Supporting delivery of training, briefings and workshops as required Being a trusted advisor to the Business Unit Boards Experience
This role relies on operational engagement to improve our systems whilst at the same time supporting Group compliance requirements. In creating this new HSSQ wide role, the most critical aspect is identifying efficiencies and delivering consistent outcomes, whilst in parallel, recognising wider management systems understanding across HSSQ and beyond.
This role is centered around the ability to take a systems-based view and make purposeful decisions to help build the business systems of the future. Robust knowledge of all aspects of the HSSQ Management Systems Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001
