Purpose of Role

Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30K - £35k Location: Stratford, E20 2ST

Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented individual looking to progress your career in Quantity Surveying? We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Sub-contractor account administration including checking and validating applications and invoices including general queries, compliance and invoice reconciliation.
Material ordering including requisition, issue of PO and receipt of goods on the system.
Maintaining and updating commercial trackers and spread sheets.
Monitoring and administration of generic commercial inbox
Assistance in reconciling purchase card transactions
Producing event and project quotations based on client needs and site requirement.
Raising Clients sales invoices
Raising contract documents to Subcontractors for minor works as well as High Value works

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Ideal Candidate:
1 year FM experience (desired)
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
