Working as a Senior Support Worker within the
Mid Kent team, you will provide a high standard of care and support to our clients with complex healthcare needs.

Your main role will be to support in providing a high level of staffing contingency for the wide range of clients across
Mid Kent. You will ensure the clients receive person-centred care and you will support the clients to live a full and valued life.

This will include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, activity planning and accessing the wider community as well as general house maintenance and meal preparation.

You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week, working 3 shifts on, 3 off.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in care with previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
  • You must hold a valid, clear UK driving license, with access to your own vehicle. You will receive mileage reimbursed after 20 miles' round trip at 45p per mile.
  • Both COVID19 vaccinations.
  • Experience with Tracheostomy, Peg feeding/Medication ad Ventilator support.
  • Possession of, or willing to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
