Packing Operator - Pack House Department

Experience:

Previous experience in a factory or warehouse is desirable but not essential as we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Negotiable ( Based on experience and proficiency)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Packing Operator, you'll be an essential part of our production process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handpacking and lifting potato sacks/boxes which will require continuous visual inspection for imperfections.
  • Starting up, controlling, adjusting, and cleaning machines on automatic production lines.
  • Some heavy lifting will be involved up to 25kg.
  • Operating robot palletising units to efficiently prepare products for distribution.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily targets.
We believe that a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are the most important qualifications for this role.

However, some qualities we value include:

  • Punctuality & problem solving
  • Flexibility to switch between tasks and departments as needed.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability are highly valued especially during the busy potato planting/lifting season where willingness for overtime is greatly rewarded.
Having your own transportation is a requirement due to the site location, complimentary on-site parking facility is provided.
