You shall need:

  • Personality and engagement
  • Assistant Managerial experience running a £1 Million outlet
  • The ability to motivate a team by leading from the front

Your job role will include:

· Assisting your GM in leading a motivated andenergetic team and ensure our patrons receive the outstanding service theyhave come to expect.

· Recognizing the importance of atmosphere andcustomer experience in community pubs

· Imagination andability to maximise business potential

· Exceptional communication skills and akeen eye for detail

· Assisting your GM in venue performanceinclusive of sales, stock control & team performance

· Your duties may therefore include (in yourGM's absence) ordering stock; stock control procedures; rota building accordingto target and projected sales; compliance and marketing.

· Service responsibilities include runningservice, managing both the FOH and BOH teams, and cellar management
