We have recently restructured our Neighbourhood Team and from June 2024 we will have 3 distinct teams within the overall team. This will include an Allocations Team and two patch teams covering our areas of operation.This role will be based within the Allocations Team and will have a key role to play in ensuring our properties are allocated in line with our Allocations Policy and Annual Lettings Plan and that our void properties are managed timeously in partnership with our Property Services Officers.
In today's environment, the ability to work in a changing environment with competing pressures is necessary, and the successful candidate will be a team player with a "can do" attitude and the desire to learn new things while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, to develop their skills in housing management.
The successful candidate will hold a valid driver's licence and should have access to a vehicle for work use.
