Role Description

The ideal candidate for this role should be ready for some travel and possess high energy levels to maximize the company's revenue and profitability. As the CCO, your main responsibilities will include:

Partner & Customer Management
  • Set and evaluate performance targets.
  • Regularly meet with partners and customers to adapt strategies.
  • Ensure optimal customer support and system utilization.
  • Focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
Staff Management
  • Lead and develop a skilled sales and marketing team.
  • Provide training and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members.
  • Address under-performance promptly and effectively.
Skills

  • Experience managing operational performance within budgets.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a degree and relevant professional qualification(s) with expertise in:
