What You'll Do

Talent Scouting

  • Identify and onboard new brand ambassadors and influencers who resonate with our brand values and target audience
  • Cultivate and nurture strong connections with influencers, opinion leaders, and content creators to ensure lasting collaborations
  • Collaborate with our founders in negotiating and overseeing influencer contracts and partnership agreements

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and maintain content calendars for influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Ensure top-notch quality in all content produced
  • Collaborate with writers and video editors to create compelling visuals and copy
  • Ensure content remains aligned with brand messaging and values
  • Leverage brand ambassadors to maximize the impact of our partnership

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze ambassador performance using key metrics such as engagement, follower count, impressions, and reach
  • Present monthly reports to senior management along with actionable insights
  • Adapt strategies based on real-time performance data
  • Stay ahead of the curve in influencer marketing trends and anticipate upcoming opportunities

Brand Consistency and Compliance

  • Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines
  • Regularly update brand ambassadors and influencers on our values, mission, and goals
  • Maintain consistent and authentic representation through content creation

Trends and Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends and capitalize swiftly on new prospects
  • Propose and implement creative influencer marketing strategies
  • Work towards distinguishing our brands and captivating both new and existing audiences

What We Look For

  • Experience - 3+ years in influencer management, ideally within health, wellness, or beauty sectors
  • Digital Proficiency - Expertise in social media, affiliate tracking, and web analytics for trend forecasting and campaign monitoring
  • Communication - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for fostering strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Industry Knowledge - Profound understanding of influencer marketing, social KPIs, and affiliate marketing best practices
  • Analytical Skills - Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation, KPI tracking, and revenue growth optimization
  • Project Management - Organizational prowess to handle multiple projects simultaneously
