Our team is comprised of TikTok-obsessed experts, which helps us understand the platform better than anyone else. We apply dedication and learnings to our clients' accounts everyday to help get their desired results from TikTok.

We are seeking a talented and driven Freelance Influencer Manager to join our team on a 6 week contract hours p/week). With the opportunity to extend and/or go full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and recruit top-tier influencers for campaigns with our clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers
  • Contract influencers for campaigns
  • Screen and assess influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Manage the end-to-end influencer process on select campaigns, from initial outreach to contract negotiation, briefing and sign off
  • Handle client communications abut the campaign
  • Track and report on key metrics related to influencer campaign

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in influencer management
  • Great understanding of social media channels including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Strong knowledge of influencer best practices, sourcing techniques, and influencer assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with influencers and clients
  • Strong negotiation skills with influencers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions that drive business success.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
