Our client, one of the fastest growing haircare brands in the UK, is seeking a dynamic Haircare Influencer and Partnerships Manager with a passion for building relationships and a strong influencer network.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing influencer channels within the haircare industry, both in the UK and internationally. They will be responsible for identifying and engaging influencers aligned with the brand values, creating strategic engagement plans, and developing a brand ambassador program. Key performance indicators include Earned Media Value (EMV) and revenue from influencers. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and strong analytical abilities to drive awareness, conversion, and revenue for the brand.
This brand is a distinguished haircare brand renowned for its commitment to delivering premium, effective solutions tailored to diverse hair types and concerns. RESPONSIBILITIES
Earned Media Value (EMV): Track and measure the value of media coverage generated by influencers.
Revenue Tracking: Assess revenue generated from influencer-driven sales through post-purchase surveys.
Influencer Channel Management: Experience managing influencer channels in a successful haircare business.
Community Growth: Proven ability to grow an influencer community and enhance the value they bring to a brand.
Campaign Execution: Experience running influencer campaigns in both the UK and international markets.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and emerging creators.
Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain impactful partnerships with influencers.
