This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. An opportunity to support young adults that have mental health issues stepping down from hospital into our services. We house young adults within our small nurturing environments and help them to integrate back into the community.


We are looking for applicants who are empathetic and have a passion for the care of support of young adults.


Your new job includes:

  • To support the service user during the night time with any issues
  • To ensure the home remains safe and to complete all relevant health and safety procedures.
  • Will follow missing persons protocols if service users abscond, will be supported by a sleep in staff available if required and will have an on call service to contact.
  • Hourly logs to be written on our CRM system.
  • Promoting the Independence and welfare of Young adults
  • Safeguarding Young adults
  • Undertaking relevant training for your post
