Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daytoday operations of the car wash facility.
  • Participate in the daytoday operations, including handson car washing duties alongside the team.
  • Train and manage car wash staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Ensure the car wash equipment is in optimal condition, scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety onsite.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Full category B driving licence, free of convictions and no more than 4 points
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold service quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Basic technical knowledge of car wash equipment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
