About the Role

The London Borough of Sutton is committed to providing high-quality contact services for its looked-after children. To achieve this, we are recruiting sessional contact supervisors who will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team at Sutton Family Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise contact sessions between children and their families
  • Coordinate contact sessions and record them accurately
  • Provide parenting feedback and support
  • Work collaboratively with social workers to contribute to parenting assessments
  • Apply the principles of restorative practice in work with children and families
About Us

This post will be based within our Court Proceedings and Adoption Service. As a contact supervisor, you will deliver a critical front-facing service that supports the effective delivery of services for our children, young people, and their families.
