About the Role
Humankind, in collaboration with The Well, has been operating the countywide Cumbria Addictions Service commissioned by Cumbria County Council. The service, named Recovery Steps Cumbria, assists individuals in overcoming various addictions such as substance abuse. An opportunity has arisen to expand our team by hiring Administrators in the West of the County, responsible for our Whitehaven and Workington Hubs.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator role include:

  • Reception and front of house duties
  • Managing the switchboard and related tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Data inputting
  • Managing service email accounts
  • Engaging with external agencies
  • Clinical administration responsibilities, including prescription management
  • Providing administrative support to the wider Recovery Steps Cumbria Team
  • Organizing staff diaries and clinics
