Head of Creative Partnership & Branded Content – Gen Z Lifestyle Publisher

£65 - £80K base salary + bonus + benefits

Hybrid Working (3Days n the Office)

Working with one of coolest Gen Z sports and lifestyle publishers, our client is looking for a world class Head of Partnerships Sales who has a great understanding of creative storytelling cross platform, across the likes of IG, FB, TikTok and YouTube and has track record selling in and securing partnerships at six / seven figure value.

We're looking for someone who is a proactive sales lead who is also creative whizz able to partner with agencies and clients on super cool branded content programmes for blue-chip brands.

You will be an experienced Sales Pro with a black book of Top 6 media agency contacts and also you'll be passionate about the Gen Z street culture space in terms of music, sports, fashion, sneakers, etc and be a great ambassador for the brand in terms of representing the editorial values of my client.

The successful candidate will have commercial acumen, be able to influence clients and decision makers at media agencies and know their Virgil Abloh from their Supreme as well as have a fab knowledge of other cultural touch points in sport.

Role requirements:

  • 6 – 8 years' experience working for a style publisher, media owner or youth culture agency
  • Demonstrable contact book of Media Agency decision maker contacts at Top 6 Holding Companies
  • Being on top of the latest digital social media, experiential and creativity trends and where things fit into eco-system, what levers to pull to drive big numbers that are cost efficient that ensure deal profitability
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as editorial, creative, production and clients to realise and execute briefs.
  • Create and write compelling pitch decks in PPT and Keynote
  • The ability to present to media agencies and clients either one on one or to a whole room with compelling storytelling to influence and captivate rooms
  • Work in partnerships with the CRO and the CEO to be able to gather and implement market feedback on new product and editorial developments that will maximise profitability
  • Reporting, forecasting and management of sales pipeline in an accurate and timely manner
