In your role as RVM Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include coordinating, planning/scheduling and prioritising service interventions/ installations and managing stock levels of engineering vans.


An overview of your duties are as follows:

  • Scheduling the field based engineers using our tailored auditing and scheduling system
ensuring appropriate use of their skill sets whilst ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency

  • Follow internal processes to ensure the timely delivery of parts for engineers
  • Ability to work under pressure positively and with enthusiasm to achieve the goals of the wider team
  • Provide excellent support to customer service calls in via the company integrated telephone system
- raising cases for call-outs, quoted works and commissioning and providing timely updates

  • Liaison with customers regarding system acceptance in accordance with Si
  • Troubleshooting Reverse Vending Systems errors, faults & status via our own remote access tool. This includes initial fault analysis and solving via the telephone prior to engineer intervention
  • Determining/planning time and material requirements for repairs and upgrades to enable quotations to be prepared
  • Management of spare parts inventory, in particular ensuring the correct recording of parts / inputs and outputs and the correct, current vehicle inventory in each case. Carrying out a vehicle stocktake as and when required or requested.
  • Instructing operators (e.g. customer personnel) in operation, maintenance (e.g. daily / weekly cleaning), troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
  • Reporting all customer feedback to the business and articulating any live market learning that can enhance our product or service support.
  • Supporting the team with special tasks/projects
  • Building a good understanding and level of competence with the company interface portal
  • Experiences and understanding of remote monitoring solutions
  • Bring to the attention of the UK team lead any irregularities relating to a trial or reverse vending machine performance either whilst on site or found through tracking on "Simon"

PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • You should have a level of aptitude on computers that allows you to operate MS programmes such as EXCEL,POWERPOINT and WORD. You should have used MS TEAMS and/or other like programmes in your daily function.

Weekends 1 in 4 rota.

Education:

  • Higher level education or equivalent is essential
