Job Summary:

The Property Assistant is a key member of the Property team at Alzheimer Scotland, responsible for coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within the Property Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work
  • Assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database
  • Managing day-to-day functions associated with the effective management of Alzheimer Scotland owned and leased premises
  • Building effective relationships with contractors and colleagues
  • Providing administrative support to the Property team

Requirements:

  • Firm administration background
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Full driving license
