About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Search Consultancy LTD. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the Advantages of Our Valuation Service: Effectively communicate the benefits of our valuation service to potential sellers and landlords, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Coordinate Viewings: Schedule and coordinate viewings for potential buyers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Obtain Viewing Feedback and Communicate to Clients: Gather feedback from viewings and communicate the results to clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate Offers: Utilize your negotiation skills to secure the best possible offers for our clients, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction.
  • Register Applicants and Identify Their Specific Property Search Requirements: Effectively register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Cross Sell Properties to Applicants: Highlight the key features and benefits of properties to applicants, encouraging viewings and driving sales growth.
  • Maximise Every Opportunity: Maintain a regular dialogue with applicants, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Keep Clients Informed of All Activity on Their Property: Provide regular updates and communication to clients on all activity related to their property, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Assist with Property Admin: Provide administrative support for property-related tasks, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Previous Estate Agency Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • Local Property Market Conditions: In-depth knowledge of local property market conditions, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Local Economic Factors: Understanding of local economic factors, including economic trends, employment rates, and demographic changes.
  • Advertising Mediums Relevant to the Property Industry: Familiarity with advertising mediums relevant to the property industry, including online and offline channels.
  • An Understanding of Financial Services Products: Knowledge of financial services products, including mortgages, insurance, and other related services.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Good Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present properties and services to clients and applicants.
