We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our successful Edinburgh Residential Sales team at Rettie and Co. as part of our ongoing growth ambitions.

The beautiful city of Edinburgh offers a huge variety of properties, and our Research team provides the latest market information to support our sales efforts.

Our team is proud to offer a first-class service and seamless process for all buyers and sellers, making it an ideal time to join us and contribute to our ongoing success.

As a property Sales Negotiator, you will take full ownership of the sales process from beginning to end, including the effective marketing of properties, expertly liaising between buyers and sellers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth sale.

You will keep a close eye on the local market to stay up-to-date with trends and developments, and utilize your networking skills to maximize new business opportunities.

Using our sales database, you will accurately capture customer data and utilize reports to drive personal sales performance.

You will ensure compliance with industry regulations and Rettie and Co. brand standards, with full training provided.

About You

You will be an established property sales professional, perhaps working in a negotiator role or ready to progress to the next stage in your career.

Depending on your experience, a senior-level role may be considered.

As a skilled negotiator, you will demonstrate key strengths in customer focus, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning & organizing.

You will bring a positive mindset to everything you do, striving to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
