Job Summary:

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

  2. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Handle high-profile clients and negotiate contracts.
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee sales operations and ensure efficient processes are in place.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales data and generate reports.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales budget.
    • Monitor sales expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to senior management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
