As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing sales opportunities with prospective clients, guiding them through the entire sales journey.

Primary role & responsibilities

  • Actively explore new sales prospects
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations about our products and services
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Negotiate and close deals, effectively address concerns or objections

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in Business Sales or similar role
  • Proficiency in engaging with diverse customers across different regions and divisions, adept at leading and influencing others
  • In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service, and multi-channel communications
  • Familiarity with contact center and customer service best practices
  • Experience collaborating with various teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering
  • Technical acumen and quick to grasp new software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized, skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
